Customer

The Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and the merchant-specific terms and conditions when purchasing products and services on Oulun Matkailu Oy's Internet services.

Orders

General terms and conditions

  • The prices displayed on the online service are subject to VAT.

  • We apply dynamic pricing for accommodation. Prices are time-dependent and vary from month to month, week to week and day to day.

  • We sell to adult individuals and corporate clients.

  • We reserve the right to change prices.

  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

  • We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions of delivery at any time.

Terms and conditions for gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are sold on the Site and are valid for all services and products featured on the Site. Product availability may vary and products may be discontinued. The merchant is not responsible for any changes to the range of products or services during the period of validity of the voucher.

  • The Gift Card is valid for one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase.

  • The gift card must be used before it expires or it will be void.

  • No refunds will be made for unused gift cards.

  • The validity of the gift card cannot be extended.

  • Gift cards are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

The online shop contains products or services from a number of different merchants. Each merchant operates independently and a transaction is always made directly between the merchant selling the product or service and the customer. Orders, payments, confirmations, etc. always pass directly between the customer and the trader. Any questions relating to products or services should be addressed directly to the trader selling the product or service, whose details can always be found in the product information.
