Welcome to experience our beginner-friendly Fatbike Safari, starting from Nallikari Holiday Village. You can reach it by walking from the Oulu's city center or by bus.

As you climb onto our reliable fatbike, you'll feel an exhilarating sense of freedom. Its oversized tires are ideally suited for a variety of terrains. Thanks to their low air pressure, fatbikes glide smoothly over the soft beach sand in summer and snow during winter, making them the perfect vehicle for all seasons. Our fatbikes represent high quality and are always well-maintained.

In winter, your path may lead you onto the white expanse of the frozen sea, a mesmerizing landscape where the crunch of snow under your tires harmonizes with the arctic silence. Imagine riding right next to the city, yet on the frozen sea! In summer, the golden sands of Nallikari Beach contrast with the cool blue hue of the sea.

From October to March, you can also book a nighttime fatbike safari (starting after 9 PM), transforming our safari into a different experience: equipped with lamps attached to the fatbikes' handlebars, we zoom through the darkness, and if we're lucky, might even experience the starry sky or the Northern Lights dancing above.

We also explore urban and cultural landscapes, as we occasionally deviate from off-road trails to cycling paths. Through the coastal and forested paths of Hietasaari, possibly detouring into the cultural landscapes of Pikisaari, you can witness the area's rich cultural diversity in addition to its park-like scenery. Our guide will share stories and insights about the region.

To deepen this experience, choose our additional service. Gather around a traditional Finnish campfire, where the art of sausage roasting and coffee brewing comes to life. This quintessential Finnish practice offers warmth and camaraderie, allowing you to savor local flavors and enjoy the simplicity of life by the fire.

  • Sausages with accompaniments, a light dessert, soft drinks, and pot of coffee by the campfire: 17 € per person.

  • Pot of coffee by the campfire and light snacks: 9 € per person.

• Weather-related cancellations: In case of a storm or unfavorable snow conditions, the tour will be canceled, and the payment refunded to the customer.
